● Air Samarkand to set scheduled and charter flights departing from Samarkand to Turkey, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, and China by the end of 2023
● The carrier plans to expand to Europe over the next 12 months as it grows its fleet of Airbus A330 and A320 aircraft
Uzbekistan based cargo airline My Freighter received a new Boeing 767 aircraft (source)
● My Freighter leased cargo aircraft Boeing 767 from the American company Cargo Aircraft Management
● The carrier is planning to receive another 5 Boeing 747 cargo aircraft in the near future, and within five years to expand the aircraft fleet to 20 aircraft.

● Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber Al Thani discussed the joint implementation of promising investment projects such as a large logistics center in Uzbekistan, the creation of a high-speed road and railway infrastructure

● Uzbekistan Airways operated its inaugural regular passenger flight to the capital of the Turkish Republic, Ankara on 4 November 2023
● The regular turnaround flights are scheduled for Saturdays

● Approximately 85% of the land transit traffic from China to Europe traverses through Kazakhstan making it the largest regional hub connecting the Eurasian continent with the Asia-Pacific region
● Kazakhstan jointly with China is implementing transport projects such as the international road corridor named "Western Europe – Western China", logistics center in the port of Lianyungang, international center for cross-border trade “Khorgos”, etc
