Uzbekistan certified new private aircraft maintenance provider
Uzbekistan's aviation authorities have officially certified Centrum Best MRO, a joint venture between domestic aviation group My Freighter and Ukraine's BEST MRO Group, to independently perform maintenance on aircraft wheels, brakes, and batteries, as well as conduct non-destructive testing
The certification will directly support the rapidly expanding Airbus and Boeing fleets of My Freighter and its passenger division, Centrum Air, while positioning the joint venture to attract additional maintenance clients from across the wider Central Asian region
Asman Airlines is set to commence flights to Uzbekistan
Kyrgyz carrier Asman Airlines will launch direct regular passenger flights ex Tamchi, Kyrgyzstan to Tashkent, Uzbekistan VV on 24 June 2026
All flights will be operated using De Havilland Dash 8-400 equipment
My Freighter became largest cargo airline in Czech Republic
Uzbek carrier My Freighter has emerged as the largest air cargo operator in the Czech Republic, processing substantial cargo volumes through its main European multimodal hub at Ostrava Airport to surpass major global logistics competitors
Leveraging a specialized logistics center alongside a growing fleet of Boeing freighters, the airline facilitates comprehensive cargo flows between China, Central Asia, and Europe, with ambitious plans to expand its fleet to 50 aircraft by 2030
MASkargo launched scheduled freighter operations via Tashkent
Malaysian cargo carrier MASkargo has commenced a new scheduled freighter service connecting Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Amsterdam, Netherlands operating four times a week utilizing widebody Airbus A330F aircraft
Under the program, Tashkent International Airport serves as a strategic transit hub for the route, providing essential technical stops and aircraft ground handling services for the airline

Five nations signed unified TRACECA electronic transit permit agreement
Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan have signed an agreement to introduce a single electronic TRACECA transit permit, allowing road freight carriers to bypass separate national permits and accelerate border crossings
Additionally, during the commission's meeting in Astana, Uzbekistan's Deputy Transport Minister Jasurbek Choriev was elected as the new TRACECA Secretary General, with Kazakhstan assuming the chairmanship for 2026
