Tea Brewing Guide
Margentau Tea
Morgentau tea, a flavored green tea (often with mango/citrus), offers general green tea benefits like antioxidants, metabolism boost, heart/brain health, and immune support, plus unique perks from added spices (ginger for digestion, cinnamon for warmth) and floral notes (marigold, cornflower for aroma), providing a calming, revitalizing, and health-conscious drink.
-
Preheat your teapot or cup with hot water.
-
Use about 4–5 teaspoons per liter of water.
-
Heat water to around 90–100 °C (194–212 °F).
-
Steep for 1–3 minutes for the first brew.
-
Discard the first infusion (“rinse”) to remove dust and prime the leaves, then brew again for the true flavor.
Strawberry Cream Tea
It energizes and reduces stress, supports digestion, removes toxins, is rich in antioxidants, helps lower cholesterol, improves mood, and provides a warm, dessert-like experience with its delicate creamy-strawberry aroma and flavor. This tea is brewed as Margentau.
Temple of Happiness
This tea promotes relaxation, balances energy, and helps relieve stress, offering a gentle calming effect. Its carefully selected ingredients support digestion, improve mood, and provide a light detoxifying benefit. Enjoyed regularly, it creates a soothing ritual that restores harmony and brings a sense of inner well-being.
Puer Tea
Pu-erh tea naturally boosts energy, supports a healthy heart, and helps cleanse the body of toxins and free radicals.
-
Place the Pu-erh tea capsule into your teapot.
-
Pour hot water (90–95°C) to rinse the leaves and immediately discard the first brew.
-
Add hot water again and brew the second time, then discard to fully open the leaves.
-
On the third brew, steep for 10–20 seconds — now your Pu-erh tea is ready to drink.
Tangerine Pu-erh Tea
Pu-erh tea in a tangerine warms you on a cold winter evening, brings a festive New Year mood, and lifts your spirits. According to traditional Chinese medicine, citrus peel oils also help relieve colds and support healthy digestion.
-
Preheat your teaware with boiling water.
-
Break off a piece of the tangerine peel or leave it whole and place it in your teapot or gaiwan.
-
Rinse with boiling water, then discard the rinse.
-
For the first real steep: use boiling water (~100 °C) and steep for about 10–20 seconds.
-
For later infusions, gradually add 5–10 seconds each time. Many steepings (8–15+) are possible.
