My Freighter adds 10th Boeing 767 freighter in Tashkent
My Freighter’s tenth Boeing 767-300 freighter arrived at its Tashkent hub on 4 October and entered the Uzbek register as UK67023, expanding the carrier’s dedicated widebody cargo capacity.
The Boeing 767-300F offers up to around 52 tonnes of payload, bringing My Freighter’s current fleet to 11 dedicated freighters: ten Boeing 767s and one Boeing 757F.
Qatar Airways Cargo raises Almaty capacity above 370 tonnes per week
Qatar Airways Cargo upgraded its daily Almaty passenger operations to Boeing 787 Dreamliners, adding approximately 73 tonnes of belly-hold cargo capacity in each direction every week.
Combined with three weekly Boeing 777 freighter services, the carrier now offers more than 370 tonnes of weekly cargo capacity into Almaty, strengthening Kazakhstan’s links through the Doha hub.
Kazakhstan and Switzerland remove limits on cargo flight frequencies
Kazakhstan and Switzerland signed a new aviation memorandum giving designated cargo airlines the right to operate without restrictions on flight frequency or capacity, while passenger services are permitted up to 28 times per week.
The agreement creates a new legal framework for direct air cargo operations between the two markets, with both sides also initialing an updated Air Services Agreement for further aviation cooperation.

Kazakhstan rail grain shipments to Uzbekistan rise 44%
Kazakhstan transported 10.8 million tonnes of grain by rail in January–September 2026, up 12% year on year, while exports increased 14% to 8.4 million tonnes. Central Asian destinations accounted for 5.5 million tonnes, up 33%.
Uzbekistan remained the largest regional destination with 4.11 million tonnes, up 44%, while Tajikistan received 1.18 million tonnes. September grain loading reached a record 1.45 million tonnes.
